These MBT M.Walk Shoes make walking a completely different experience, I can hardly stand to wear any of my other lovely shoes.

MBT M.Walk shoe is very comfortable but it does require time to adjust to it.

Great shoe, very comfortable, definitely a 1/2 size bigger and was expecting that so they fit perfectly, I was able to put my orthotic in the shoe, not sure if that's OK, still need to watch the DVD that came with the shoe

I love my MBT's! I had put off trying them for a few years, thinking they were just the latest gimmick, but these shoes are wonderful. I can definitely feel a difference in my butt, hamstrings and back after wearing them consistantly for only a few weeks. Not only do I wear them for exercise, but I wear them around the house too. If you've been thinking about them too - just try them. You will not be disappointed.
