Great MBT M.Walk Shoes- These are the best shoes I have ever worn. From day one I could walk in them all day with no discomfort. They really are as good for your posture as they say they are. Love them.

Oh, my gosh! I was very skeptical of the claims made by MBT. After all, a shoe is a shoe, right? Wrong! This shoe really does work your legs and bottom while you walk. I consider myself in pretty good shape, so I was VERY surprised when I felt it working from the very first step. Well worth the money, but do what they suggest and order at least 1/2 size larger. I'm normally a 7 or 7 1/2 and ended up with an 8. Very comfortable shoe. You won't be disappointed.
