The MBT shoes are the most comfortable of all the shoes I now wear, as they help the movement of the foot feel more fluid and less pounding.

Got this shoe the other day and I LOVE MBT SHOE! The fit is just right for me (with a thumb space at the tip). Be sure to wear them at home first if you have never worn them before and especially if your posture was crappy like mine. After wearing them for a few hours, I became aware of how they helped my posture and increased my awareness of it. Later I did feel as if I had been working out. These are the most awesome shoes in the world!

Great comfort! Follow the recommended adjustment schedule, as MBT M.Walkshoes will make you sore as you adjust to them. To me that?s a great thing, because it makes me realize that MBT M.Walk are working properly. I love the comfort and can't wait to see the results.

This MBT shoe is really comfortable. I ordered 1/2 size larger, and kept it so I could wear thicker socks. I also tried 2 other styles and would have needed the 1/2 size larger just to fit. Would recommend for anyone to help your posture.
