Great Customer Service! FYI: I am a size 11.5 and the one's that ended up fitting me the best were 11. They made it very easy for me to return the large size!

Exercise while working. Work your way into wearing these all day. I work retail and am on my feet all day. I don't always have time to work out so I thought I would try MBT's. I can not wear these every day yet, but I can feel them working my legs. Don't wear these on ice!

I love my MBT's! Once adjusting your mind as to the correct way of walking in them they're wonderful. Losing the weight while walking in very comfortable shoes is just the best. I'll probably buy another pair in the near future because Uppetop makes it very easy.

Very comfortable and very easy to get used to. First day, I forgot I had them on and wore them around the house for about four hours. I did notice that my legs were tired and realized why. There is definitely toning of the calves. Not seen any change in the rear yet. I did not follow the recommendation that I read somewhere about going down one half size. With socks, the MBT shoe is about one half size too large. It is still comfortable and I just wear slightly thicker socks. The shoes look much better in person and give the illusion that your feet are smaller.
