A shoe that is a workout. The MBT shoe is not the most stylish of shoes, but it accomplishes everything that the company claims. I have found that it has improved my posture and work my legs more. Because of the design it is harder to walk and to balance, but your body adjusts within a few times of wearing them.

Comfort GTX Shoes - I work at a Supermarket walking and standing all day long on hard floors. My achy legs and feet and hips sent me hunting for a pair of shoes. These fit the bill. Looks were not high on my list but the way they rock me forward and helped me to use muscles to balance was remarkable. I have very hard to fit feet. Big, wide and flat... I put these on and in one fell swoop my walking improved greatly. They did take getting used to, in fact I started by wearing them only 1/2 days and working myself up to full days. The pain in my hips disappeared! I would recommend them for anyone who is on their feet!
