MBT Chapa improves posture. I am extremely happy with the MBT Chapa shoes. I felt immediately the improvement in my posture. After just two days, I could sense a change in my lower body structure and musculature. I would recommend these shoes, and I intend on purchasing another pair in the future.

MBT Chapa- I am thrilled with my MBT's. I have noticed a definite lessening of tightness in my back and knees. What a great way to work out and look good at the same time!

I purchased these shoes a while ago to get the toning affect and I must say that I really like them. I also have balance issues and I find that these are helping me gain my core balance. I read a lot of reviews stating these were bulky, heavy and ugly but I must say, no one has even really noticed. I love them....and my legs are sore. :-)...
