Standing all day - I work all day on my feet. With these MBT shoes I can work all day and my legs and knees are not killing me at the end of the day!!! THANKS EVER SO MUCH!!!

I absolutely love these shoes. I had no trouble adjusting to walking in them, but it is a good idea to start slowly because you use muscles in a different way and you may get a little soreness in your legs, thighs and buttocks until you adjust. Feet feel great right from the start. I recommend ordering at least a half size larger than normal. A full size probably won't hurt if you wear thicker socks. They force you to straighten up. Posture improves considerably
