I'm glad I held off on buy these MBT Chapa shoes that because the foot pain that I had before I got the shoe did not improve and maybe got a little worse.

Relief - This MBT shoe is comfortable and brought relief to my heel spurs. It took me a few days to get use to walking in them. They were a little tight at first; I suggest you get them a little bigger.
